Project Management, SDLC design, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

planning and delivery of project-based work for their 500+ resource IT
department.
Served as CIO of Clarent Corp., a mid-sized telecom manufacturing
company. Managed a global workforce responsible for delivering IT systems
and services to 1,000 + employees in 16 countries worldwide.
Served as the financial officer for mid-size corporations over a 10 year
span, including software vendors, high-tech manufacturers, a publishing
company, and a silver recovery firm.
