Marc is an experienced IT Executive that has served on both sides of the IT house. He worked the infrastructure side for some of the most demanding customers in the IT world - lawyers. As Director of IT Operations and Brobeck, Flager, and Harrison, Marc oversaw the networking, data operations, help desk, and telecom areas for one of the largest law firms in the United States.
As the Director for Applications at Clarent Corp., Marc was instrumental in re-architecting the application architecture for this global VoIP company.
Marc founded MTech Enterprises, a boutique consulting practice focused on resolving difficult business problems by applying “best practice” processes improvement and technology. Solutions were developed for the retail, manufacturing, advertising, and insurance industries to name a few.
Marc also brings business savvy to all his engagements, as he started his career in marketing at Mervyn's, a large US retailer. There he worked in public relations and advertising before making the leap to IT.
His project and PMO experience ranges from PMO “re-invigoration” to running large projects in most of his job exposures.
