Project Landing Map
An indespensible tool for exectives, this gantt style report shows the timeline for each project in a selected portfolio, then adds an important twist. The go-live dates for projects are highlighted in red, allowing management to understand when change is hitting their organizations, and if there are any conflicts or overlaps that need to be addressed.
